A friend told me I must be nuts to get up early every day and spend "an hour" working out. This got me thinking a lot.....
I have some "nice" things (car, clothes, jewelry etc...). I work 50-70 hours a week, sometimes going almost a month with no day off, all to pay my bills and buy things. Cars break down, clothes wear and so I keep working and paying bills so I can buy more things.
When you look at it from this perspective.... Sure, I get up at 5:30am to get in my workouts before work. Sure, I probably devote 15 hours or so a week to nutrition and workouts.
Maybe 15 hours.... that's about 1/4 the time I average to buy things.
OK, so I'm not a huge fan of 5:30.... I'm not a huge fan of 7:00 either, but I'd still have to be up by then so I could to the office and be able to buy things.
An hour or so seems like a lot of time every day for somebody on a busy schedule, but that's an hour devoted to ME. Not the superficial me, not even the vain me. That time is devoted to making every part of me better. Doesn't sound like too bad of an investment to me.
And let's not forget feeling better, having more energy and living longer. You know that little stuff you can't buy.
Now I'm not saying go out and quit your job so you can meet me in WOWY, but if the things you buy in life are worth having that job or career for, aren't you worth 1/4 as much?

Thats Right!! Its all about goals and where you want to be. the big Question is "What are you wiiling to do to accomlish your goals?" or one can also ask "What Are you NOT willing to do to get where you want to be?" Me, my Best Friend, and My sister are all on the exact same day as you. We also started on June 8th. We are loving the workouts.
