Day 6 is over. Today was Kempo day and it's always been one of my favorites. I'm sad to say I had to take it easy today.
Wednesday I did some damage to my right arm during S&A. I was so pumped to finally be back on the program I went a little overboard. And because it felt a little better Friday I did Pull Ups during L&B. Foolish!!! I managed to injure it more. While I was capable of throwing punches and blocks today, I could definitely feel them, so i kept it to leg and body work to rest the arm.
I still pushed play and worked up a nice sweat though. I'll make up for it next week.
Just 6 days back in and I already have WAY more energy and am feeling better. Exercise and nutrition. Who would have thought that working this hard could give you more energy?

I was already pacing back and forth having a battle of wills with my push up bars this morning. It's just X Stretch today, and I know I need rest, but I just can't help it...
And yes, there are some crazies lol. By Day 75 I was using 5lbs on my wrists for Kempo (never on the legs with kicks though).
Plyo however.... I'm nowhere NEAR ready for that
