Day 8

I started week 2 today!!! C&B went great this morning and Ab Ripper is..... improving :)

I switched over to 4 count push ups and was pulling 10-15 reps through the first half. By the second half I was going from my knees. I love my push up bars!!!

i did yoga last night and i can see why people keep trying to switch it for Cardio X or something...

me? i like yoga...

and its only once a week for goodness sakes...

Yoga is still the toughest one for me. In the past I was always the weights and push ups kind, but I try not to skip Yoga anymore just because I know it works. Plus I feel great afterwards.
